  • The e-Gift Card cannot be exchanged for cash, in whole or in part.
  • This card is valid for one-time use only for its full value, and is not usable for partial use. In other words, the entire amount must be used in one purchase, and there will be no refund for the difference if the entire amount is not used. If the value of the purchase exceeds the value of the e-gift card, the person redeeming the e-gift card must pay the differential value.
  • No replacement or compensation for lost E-Gift Cards may or may not be paid.
  • An e-Gift Card that is mutilated or altered in any way will not be accepted.
  • An e-Gift Card that has been issued cannot be returned or refunded for its purchase.
  • What was purchased through the electronic gift card can be refunded according to the exhibition's refund and exchange policy.

Alrugaib Garage Sale Terms & Conditions:

Al Rugaib Garage is a new online service that provides an even more affordable option for Al Rugaib members, by allowing you to view and purchase gently used products online. The products are purchased in as-is condition, not in pristine condition and packaging.  

- The products offered in Garage may have the following characteristics:
   1. Not Clean.
   2. There are minor damages or scratches.
   3. Comes without factory packaging.
   
- No returns or replacements are allowed for items purchased from the Garage Sale website upon receipt or thereafter.
- The full invoice amount must be paid in advance before receiving the item.
- There is no insurance policy for Garage Sale items.
- There is no maintenance available for any purchased Garage Sale items.
- The products purchased from Garage are not covered by warranty.
- It may be possible to provide pictures of the product's condition upon the customer's request within 24 hours of placing the order.
- The delivery fee for each order is 150 Saudi Riyals.
- The customer can request a cancellation within 24 hours of the order, with a deduction of 15 Riyals as a service fee, and the remaining amount will be refunded within 7-14 working days.
- If the item is not available in the warehouses after the purchase is completed, the order will be canceled, and the full amount will be refunded to the customer, without any right to claim any monetary or moral compensation from the company.
- The price guarantee offer does not apply to all Garage products.
- The customer is not allowed to use electronic vouchers for purchasing items from the Garage Sale.
- By completing a purchase from Garage, the customer acknowledges their agreement to the terms and conditions specific to this section.

  • The code is valid for six days only, from Jan 26, 2025, to JAN 31, 2025.

  • The maximum invoice amount eligible for the discount code is SAR 4,000, with a discount value of SAR 600. If the invoice amount exceeds SAR 4,000, the customer will only benefit from the maximum discount of SAR 600.
  • The company reserves the right to cancel invoices or exclude certain items if they belong to specific local brands.

  • Registration through the  AlRugaib Furniture application.
  • Purchase is not required to win the car.
  • Company terms and policies apply.
  • The draw will be conducted in the presence of a representative from the Chamber of Commerce.
  • If any violation or manipulation of the previous conditions is discovered, the company reserves the right to immediately cancel participation with the approval of the Chamber of Commerce.
  • In case of non-response or failure to answer the call, 7 days will be granted. If there is no response after 7 days from the announcement date, the draw will be made for another participant.
  • The company, Hamad Mohammed AlRugaib . & Sons Trading, commits to delivering the prize within 7 days of the announcement of the winner.
  • The last day for registration will be Monday, March 17.

  • Vouchers are issued from 16/04/2025 until 15/05/2025.
  • Vouchers can be redeemed when visiting one of Al Rugaib Furniture showrooms: Riyadh – Jeddah – Khobar – AlAhsa – Tabuk.
  • Ashley HomeStore : Riyadh – Jeddah – Madinah – Khamis Mushait – Buraidah – Makkah.
  • One voucher cannot be used to purchase multiple products or be split into parts.
  • Vouchers cannot be used on discounted items, partner offers, outlet section, or selected brands (*).
  • Vouchers are not valid on special orders or outlet section.
  • Each voucher can only be used once and will not be valid after redemption.
